Grant McAfee

President

Grant has more than 15 years of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance Management experience. During his tenure, Grant has been responsible for the permitting and compliance activities for both the construction and operation of natural gas pipelines, crude oil pipelines, crude oil terminals, compression, processing, and treating facilities in more than 10 states. He has also led the EHSR due diligence efforts in asset acquisitions and divestitures totaling more than $2 billion in multiple states.

Tennille Johnson

Vice President & Controller

Tennille joined the Resolute team in 2019 with 20 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience where she held accounting roles with both public and private companies. Just prior to Resolute, Tennille worked independently as a consultant providing accounting and operational support to clients in the industry. She specializes in process development, system implementation, and transition services. Since Resolute’s inception, Tennille has successfully established and managed Resolute’s back office and administrative functions.

Larry Rowland

Vice President of Business Development

Larry brings more than 25 years of Business Development experience in the Environmental Consulting Industry to the Resolute team. Larry has been responsible for an annual revenue target of $5 million focusing on the Oil and Gas, Aggregate, Construction, and Industrial Manufacturing Industries. Larry and his team have supported business lines including engineering, construction, advisory, environmental, and industrial water.

Jeff Jackson

Vice President of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory

Jeff joins Resolute with more than 15 years of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Regulatory Compliance Management experience. He has extensive knowledge in federal and multi-state level air permitting in coatings, manufacturing, and upstream/mid-stream oil & gas industry segments. He has also created and managed programs for environmental social governance, post permit compliance and internal audit support tools to ensure compliance responsibilities are well understood and completed to maintain compliance operations.

Bryan Hobbs

Vice President of Inspection

Bryan has 20 years of Oil and Gas Construction experience. During his years of experience, Bryan has been a welding foreman, welding superintendent, inspector, and chief inspector for multiple clients in multiple states. In addition to his years of construction leadership experience, Bryan carries certifications for OSHA 30 Safety, ISN Compliance Training, Safeland PE Safety Training, Veriforce Training, and First Aid/CPR.
